At SHADELANI LLC, doing business as Shadelani, we want to be clear about which items are eligible for return and how order issues are handled.
Return Window for Eligible Items
You may request a return for eligible items within 10 days after delivery of your order, as shown by the shipping carrier’s tracking record.
Final Sale Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by law or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Clothing Returns
Clothing items may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
- the return is requested within 10 days after delivery;
- the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition;
- the item is free of stains, odors, damage, and signs of wear; and
- the item is returned with its original packaging and any original tags, if applicable.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please use the Contact Us page on our website within the applicable return period.
Please include:
- your order number;
- the item(s) you want to return; and
- the reason for the return.
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us through the Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a brief description of the issue; and
- clear photos of the item and, if applicable, the packaging.
If we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, subject to product availability and applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your payment provider or bank to process and post the refund.
