Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully received, excluding weekends, holidays, and any announced processing delays.
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipment confirmation with tracking information, if available.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on factors such as your order, shipping destination, and selected delivery method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any such promotion is subject to the terms disclosed on the website or at checkout and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed and are estimates only, not guarantees.
Estimated standard delivery times:
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- Puerto Rico: 7 to 14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, supply disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Delays
We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website.
If we expect a significant delay in shipping your order, we may contact you with an updated shipping timeframe and, where required by applicable law, provide the option to continue waiting for shipment or cancel the unshipped portion of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information, if available. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.
You may use the tracking number to follow your shipment through the carrier’s system.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or inability to deliver, we may contact you regarding reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost Packages and Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or for packages lost in transit once they have been handed to the carrier, but we will try to assist you in working with the carrier when possible.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier. You may also contact us through the Contact Us page, and we will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, except where required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through the Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photos of the item and, if applicable, the packaging.
Issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items may also be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Separate Policies
This Shipping & Delivery Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service on a shipping-related issue, this Shipping & Delivery Policy will control for that specific shipping issue unless the Terms of Service expressly state otherwise.
